At Sex Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every sip.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product (consumable goods), we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess your request and offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
